But it is showing like this No matching results

@arshukla As show your snaps of first, its new interceptor, now just click on "emergency' or "Normal" model as per your requirement then it will open up the form.

@arshukla Had you verified with Admin role? please verify, if its works fine for admin then check the ACL's on change_request table it might need proper roles, you can also walk through compare in Classic UI, with the verification of Change Request -> change Model filters.

seems the change type is hidden in the interceptor in SOW
try setting this property "com.snc.change_management.change_model.hide" to false
Change Model was hidden by com.snc.change_management.change_model.hide=true
