Cloud Cost Management - Azure Billing Download MetricBase Error

Hi,

I see below error while downloading Azure billing in my Washington DC PDI.

 

Execution is not created because of the below reason(s) :
error: Connection to MetricBase failed
success: Connection to MID Server successful

 

I verified MetricBase plugin is installed and up to-date.

 

Somewhere also I read that its in supported in PDI instance.

No, Even I upgraded to latest PDI, but error remains same.

Billing account and service account are 2 different accounts, so ask your azure team to give biling account ID

follw belwo steps :- 

Cost Management + Billing -- Select Billing Scope -- Go to Properties and note down the billing account ID

add that billing account id in servicenow and this error should be solved
