Unable to figure out the difference in the recommendation number in Cloud cost management

Hi,

 

I am unable to understand why there is a difference in the recommendation number in the home page and the Operation > Overview page. While I checked further the difference I observed was in Reserved/Saving plans section. Can someone please hepl me out in understanding the same.

Observed under Reservation/ Saving plans category count is 162  in Home page 

However from the below screenshot from operations from Reservation/Saving plans section it shows 27.
