To import data in 'Software Usage' table following setup is required:
1. Correct reclamation rules to be defined . Here example reclamation rules for 'Word' app is shown. In product process related list shows JAMF reported file name for 'Word' product 'Microsoft Word.app'
Unless this matching file is given in reclamation rules. JAMF software import will not get any data.
2. If file name for product does't exists in (example'Microsoft Word.app' ) in Software product process ["samp_sw_product_process"] table. Create record and use it in reclamation rules.
2. Before running ‘SG-Jamf Software Usage’ Run 'SG-Jamf Computers' scheduled data import so
Computer CIs are already imported to SN instance.
3. Make sure user and Computer CI on which software is installed is already imported in SN instance.
