Hi,
the ACC is installed on a Windows VM. All basic inventory information is sent properly to the MID server, except the RAM.
When I do the basic_inventory test it always returns zero as RAM (see example: "ram":"0"). But when I check on the machine, it has 8GB of RAM allocated (System Info).
I use the ACC plugins ACC-F and ACC-V. Agent is the newest version.
Example:
,"ram":"0","manufacturer":"Microsoft Corporation","model_id":"Virtual Machine","cpu_name":"Intel(R) Xeon(R)...
Does anyone know the problem, or can the RAM not be discovered for VMs.
Thanks!

Hi @IAmAbhigyaan12 ,
this is a very good article/guideline, but it doesnt solve my problem. All other attribute values are sent to the MID server, except for RAM.
Regards
Thomas

Hello @Thomas12 , You need to re- check the configuration of ACC-V and ACC-F, I have check several articles, Double-check that the target server’s MID Server is set up and properly configured.
Review the ACC logs on the target server for any errors or warnings that might indicate why RAM information is not being collected.
glide.agent.agent_client_collector_properties
glide.agent.mid.server,
glide.agent.installer.mid,
Custom Properties.
Thanks
