Alert notifications for CI that has become orphaned - But no detail on what caused the orphan

Hi,

I could just review/approve the orphan CI deletions but the real question is what was the root cause of the orphan in the first place? ie have changes, approved or otherwise, caused the Orphans?

Following the links and associated data for the generic named Orphans shows no useful or specific data to investigate.

Tasks that need review:

Dependent CI Deletion - CMDBTASK0001139

Gives me:

But if I click on one, ie "Cluster Name"

I get no useful data to investigate:
