Hello I am working on cleaning up the data in our CMDB. We have identified a table of network adapters that is of no use to us and we would like to archive. The problem is there are 5 million records in the table. I set up archive rules but at the current pace it will take 500 days to archive all the records. Is there a faster way to archive the entire table worth of records?

Define staleness rule for the network adapter. Once the stale CI is reported on health dashboard, then create a flow to make them retired/delete.

Hello do you have an example flow and is it possible to archive the records rather than delete?

I have shared the options which you get on network adapter. The good practice is to retire them. so that you can still have the related records for the CI's.
