My cheat sheet to easily memorize few important topic about data foundation. CIS- Data foundation is one of the ‘not easy’ exam . So here is my cheat sheet.

This cheat sheet aims to make it easier to help community members to memorize few important points on CSDM,CMDB and Dashboards etc which would be helpful to clear their concept about Data Foundation.

1 : CSDM5 Domain ,Type of Cis and Persona (you will get it from ServiceNow doc) – Lots of questions you can correctly answer if this you can memorize.

2. CSDM 5 Stages (Crawl → Walk → Run → Fly Approach)

1. Foundation Stage – Set up core data (locations, groups, product models).
2. Crawl Stage – Focus on Business Applications & Application Services.
3. Walk Stage – Implement Technology Management Services & Dynamic CI Groups.
4. Run Stage – Connect Business Services to technical offerings.
5. Fly Stage – Expand with Business Capabilities, Information Objects, and AI governance

• Runs on:Run (Software Process (Child) and the Server (Parent) e.g
