Hi All,
We need to certify specific attributes as part of the Data certification Audit. In the Data Certification task, we can either Certify or Fail to Certify the elements ( Green Tick or Red Exclamation) with Comments.
What is the best way to handle the Items that have failed to certify using Servicenow OOTB features?
I could See the Audit result but is there a way to create a task to rectify CI which failed data certification?

You can enable creat tasks in the audit definition which will create tasks for the failures. You can also run the CMDB health dashboard compliance job to keep track of the health of your audits.

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for the reply. I searched for the create task in the audit definition but could not find it in my PDI.
Attaching the screenshot.
but the create task is present in the certification Schedule, which will create task to certify the attributes. PFB the same.

Thanks Sandeep,
This is for desired state audit right, there we can create follow-up if any element fails to match the desired condition.
But I wanted to know for Data Certification Module, which is the manual certification of the elements. How to create a task in we fails to certify an element.
