Business Application to Application service relationship

Hi Community,

Wanted to know how a business service was related to Application Service or Server by Service Mapping or Manually, I dont have the option of Service Mapping as may not have the admin rights, so wanted to know how to find out if a Business Application was related to Application service or Server through Service Mapping or manually.

Hi @Kaish Sayed 

As per ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) CSDM relationship, BA is not directly related to BS. You will need to create another relationship and then connect it with BS.
