Hi All,
Do anyone implemented ServiceNow to Logicmonitor integration to create/remove Cis in Logic monitor based on state change of Incident ticket.
Help me with the steps.

Hi @Prasant Kumar 1,
1. Looks like you need to setup rest message and initate a process to Create and Remove CIs in Logic monitor.
2. Setup connection first as shown in the this document : https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/servicenow-incident-management-integration
3. Create a post message that can create and CI on the target and also a rest message to delete CI.
FYI- As deleting CIs something to be considered sensitive, Strong process needs to be build on your rest call.
