How do I keep fields hosting the same data in synch between Parent and Child CIs?

Parent CI:  Business Service or Technical Service

Child CI: Managed API

Fields:  Portfolio, Taxonomy Node

Challenge:  As these fields need to be present on both parent and child for reporting purposes, we need to keep the data in sync; however, the data will be managed ONLY on the parent CI, which would be either a Business Application or a Technical Service.

First double-check and ensure our CMDB accurately reflects the relationships between parents and child.

Create a flow when a change occurs in the "Portfolio" or "Taxonomy Node" fields of a parent, the automation will automatically update those same fields on all its related "Managed API" children.
