Change the description of review and submit step service builder

I want to change the text highlighted in red, "Review the details to ensure that everything looks as expected," to another message.

Is it possible? If yes, can you provide me with the steps?

When I check the sys_ui_message table, I can find the message and its translations, but I don’t see a record for the English version.

No, it is not possible to change. It's embedded somewhere in the core code, which is not accessible to us.
