CI Search form displaying incorrect fields

When raising a change the change driver is required to add the primary affected CI to the change request.  They can do this by clicking the magnifying glass next to the CI field and this then displays a form where there can search or filter the CMDB.  This form however shows the wrong view.  The columns start with Circuit ID and are not in any way useful:

How can I change the form view that is presented to users?

Thanks Atul, but how do I change the default view that is presented?  The correct view exists but this is not the view that this form is using.  I believe the displayed form view is sys_reference_list, we want to use the Default view form view

Hi @Simon13

Did you check the out-of-the-box (OOTB) list view, mate? You can make changes there and see if it works here as well.
