Hi Shidhi,
This is a general UI rendering failure. It occurs when a dashboard widget cannot retrieve, parse, or display the required underlying data. There could be one of the 2 reasons behind this:
1. The most common cause for a specific widget throwing an error while others load is a Report View Access Control List (ACL) restriction. If your user profile or role does not have permission to read the specific table or metric group that feeds this chart, the system will block the query and display the generic "Contact your administrator" placeholder. Many 'report_view' errors are being seen in Zurich and Aus versions, so this may be highly probable.
2. Multisource CMDB or Integration Plugin Inactive: This chart relies directly on data processed by the Integration Commons and CMDB 360 Multisource data. If the background tracking job is stuck in an "In Progress" status, if the necessary ITOM license features are unpopulated, or if a large payload timeout occurs during data collection, the widget breaks.

Hi @Doctor ITOM ,
For the 1st point I have admin access and for the second point, confirming you multisource CMDB is enabled along with Integration Commons for CMDB is installed. I have checked the scheduled job dashboard no struck job is present there.
Please share your thoughts/comments.
