Hi Community,
While creating a new configuration for the Azure cloud provider in ServiceNow, I am unable to select any value in the Cloud Organization field. The lookup shows “No results found.”
Could someone please clarify:
- What data is used to populate the Cloud Organization field for Azure?
- Does it need to be provided or configured by the Azure team within ServiceNow?
- Are there any prerequisites that must be completed before Cloud Organizations appear?

Hi Mahesh,
It might refer to this table in the backend cmdb_ci_cloud_org
There should be a record in this table for you to be able to select.

If you receives "No results found," possible reason could be
- Service Principal permissions,
- valid Azure credentials,
- discovery has actually run or not to ingested the data into servicenow
