Have you looked at the assets in Now Create vs just the success pack? I also found the latter to be a bit too high-level. Can you also provide details on what all will go into re-building the CMDB? Are you introducing a new discovery source, onboarding classes, or just generally wanting to up the Health of the CMDB?
