CMDB CI Duplication fail

Hello Everyone,

I am from CMDB team and i need to remediate one Ci belong to cmdb_ci_linux_server_list while  executing the  remediation duplicate task  it is keep running as work in progress not getting completed or failed, sharing error reason as below :-

Error updating related entry Related Services [sn_vul_m2m_ci_services] -> Configuration Item:
Error during update of sn_vul_m2m_ci_services (Created 2024-11-28 02:27:58)

Error modifying the reference field Configuration Item in Related Services [sn_vul_m2m_ci_services] in the following records to reference the master CI:
19cef28fc38e1ed44c9669deb0013141, 83a007c7c3025ed44c9669deb00131a8

please suggest anyone if anyhow i can run it successfully or trace the issue why it is not getting done
