i need to create IRE rule for ip phone class for that i dont know step by step process and user is not giving the unique identifier so anyone can help me on it to find the unique identifier.
User has shared data source column and ask to find out the unique identifier on the basis of them.

Using fields like 'Serial Number' and 'Name' as identifier entries with priority assigned to each field should work generally for most records. But you need to analyze the attributes present in all the data sources that are going to be used to populate the data in 'IP Phone' class and find out the right combination and priority of attributes that can act as the identifier entries.
