CMDB Data Management Policy Executions records disappearing

I have a requirement to build a dashboard to display data policy executions in a list.  I was able to set a filter to display data policy executions that pertained to a semi annual vendor certification policy but the executions seemed to have disappeared.  There must be some scheduled job that's deleting them but i cannot find them.  Can someone help point me to the scheduled job or rule that's deleting these?

Hi Tony,

Thank you very much for the update, it is appreciated.
Do the flushed Policy Execution records get permanently deleted or, are they moved to an archive type of table?

Thank you once again

As far as I know they're permanently deleted.  I don't think there's an option for the records to be archived instead of being deleted, however there's nothing to prevent you creating an archive rule that would kick in before the auto-flush rule running.

Of course, you can add the filter condition to the auto-flush rule to exclude execution policies with Certification policy types, or you can upgrade to CMDB Workspace 8.0 or later and use the OOB configuration.

Thank you Tony,

That is what I was afraid of. Will now look into upgrading to version 8.0

Thank you so much once again

This is certainly an issue - can anyone provide an update on this, please?
The whole Data Certification via Workspace is half baked!

Any update on where to find this rule?
