how to change currency to pounds from dollar in Asset Management Executive Dashboard

Hi all,

 

All the reports in  Asset Management Executive Dashboard is in dollar , we need to change to Pounds. Do we have any option to change it.

currency shown on a ServiceNow dashboard depends on the user's session currency, which is determined by their locale or system settings

Did you try with some UK user?

Hi Ankur, 

Yes i tested with UK users but still dollar only showing.. so any other property to be enabled?

Steps and ensure you are in Correct scope

Repeat this for every Data Visualization in that workspace landing page

-> Check the UI Builder Config for "Asset Executive Workspace"

-> Open this Page

-> the data is coming from PA Indicators and added as Data Visualization

-> click on Data Sources on right side once you select the 1st Total Spend Data Visualization

-> then click the Arrow and it will take you to the Indicator

Indicator -> https://instanceName.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=pa_indicators.do?sys_id=3475c3b6c51a0110fa9bc844be6e8f82%26sysparm_view=automated

-> change the Unit as Pounds here
