CMDB health dashboard Threshold setup

i want to increase the threshold value for the KPI.how to setup that?it is showing me message on dashboard that failure threshold reached.how to fix this error?

Hello @Sanem ,

Please let me know any solution you found "failure threshold reached".

Becoz I'm also facing same issue. I have given a try below items but no luck.

1. Property updated - glide.cmdb.health.staleness

2. CI Class manager - Correctness - threshold values

Hi Snow,

Yes I have got the solution 

  1. Go to Health Preference 
  2. select Health Metric 
  3. Then select the correctness parameter and update the Failure Threshold value
