Hi Team,
In the CMDB Health Dashboard, under the Completeness scorecard, the "Recommended" section is showing an incomplete score. To resolve this, I removed all recommended fields from all classes and attempted to run the scheduled job. However, the job is not executing, as I do not see any logs for it in the last 24 hours. Despite this, the same error persists.
Can anyone help me with this?

@JulietD Can you check if there are any errors in your logs? it should be with source CMDBHealth. Please also check inclusion rules.

Hi @JulietD ,
Have you updated the threshold to max value. Can update update threshold and execute the job.
In your Application Navigator, go to Configuration > Health Preference.
- On the right side, select Health Metrics
- Change the Metric to Recommended
- Adjust the Failure Threshold
- Save the record
- Re-run the job for completeness
- Repeat for Required and other failures
Please hit Thumps up if my answer is helpful.
Thanks & Regards,
Swamy
