I am standing up the CMDB Health Dashboard:
1. Under Correctness, I don't want to use the Staleness metric now. How can I turn this off?
2. Under the Correctness, how can I show Two or more CI classes, I have tried and only shows the first CI Class.
3. If I manually Execute Now on a Schedule job, where can I go to see how far the job has run and when complete, instead of just refreshing the Dashboard over and over.
4. Anyway to speed up the performance of the Dashboard. Moving from tab to tab is slow.
5. Is there anyway to Edit any of the Labels to provide a little more clarity or Add comments about how to remediate.
Thanks.

HI @Marc Schlank1 ,
I trust you are doing great.
To turn off the Staleness metric under Correctness, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Navigate to the CMDB Health Dashboard.
- Locate the Staleness metric section.
- Click on the configuration icon or settings option.
- Disable or uncheck the option related to the Staleness metric.
- Save the changes.
If you want to display two or more CI classes under the Correctness section, you can try the following:
- Go to the CMDB Health Dashboard configuration.
- Find the section that allows you to select CI classes.
- Add the additional CI classes you want to display by selecting them from the available options.
- Save the changes and refresh the dashboard to see the updated view with multiple CI classes.
When you manually execute a scheduled job and want to track its progress, follow these steps:
- Go to the ServiceNow instance homepage.
- Navigate to the "System Scheduler" module.
- Locate the specific scheduled job you executed.
- Check the job's status and progress, which may include information about how far it has run and its completion time.
- Monitor the job's progress instead of constantly refreshing the CMDB Health Dashboard.
To improve the performance of the CMDB Health Dashboard and address slow tab switching, consider the following suggestions:
- Optimize the performance of the underlying queries and data retrieval processes.
- Evaluate and optimize any custom scripts or business rules associated with the dashboard.
- Review the hardware and infrastructure hosting the ServiceNow instance to ensure it meets the recommended requirements.
- Consider implementing performance enhancements suggested by ServiceNow or engaging with ServiceNow support for further assistance.
If you want to edit labels or add comments to provide more clarity or remediation instructions, you can:
- Access the CMDB Health Dashboard configuration.
- Locate the specific labels you want to modify or add comments to.
- Edit the labels to provide more clarity or add comments in the respective fields.
- Save the changes, and the modified labels or comments will be reflected in the dashboard.
