Does the Required metric have to be active to run the completeness job?
We do not currently utilize the Required metric, so it has not been activated via the Health Metrics. Our scheduled Completness Job recently provided a score of "N/A" Our weighted average for the Completness metric is set at Recommended = 100% and Required = 0. If I activate the Required metric, the Completeness job will run as expected but the Required metric is lit up green indicating it's active. We do not want to activate this metric until we are ready to use it. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Kelly,
Yes, both the metric must be active to calculate the completeness score. As you have already set the weightage as "100%" for the Recommended metric, the completeness score will be calculated based on the "Recommended" metric only. Even though the Required metric is shown in green, the number of CIs will be displayed as 0/0 indicating no action required on this metric.

Yes, both the metric must be set to active to calculate the completeness score. As you have already set the weightage as "100%" for the recommended metric, your completeness score will include only the recommended metric. Even though the Required metric is shown in green, the number of CIs will be displayed as 0/0 indicating no action needed on this metric.
