How to Integrate Active Directory with ServiceNow CMDB to obtain last logged on user and last logged on time for devices.

what are the requirements to do this ?

what is the process  to do ?

Is there any plugin available in ServiceNow ?

Can anyone please assist me on this.

How are you populating the CMDB currently? Discovery, Service Graph Connector, other?

We are populating from Discovery

It should populate it automatically. Check out the "Assigned to" field in the CMDB.
