Hi All,
For one of our clients, we have implemented Intune Service Graph Connector to automatically populate computer CIs into CMDB. As a baseline, we have defined few Mandatory attributes for all the Classes. During the analysis, it was identified that "RAM" and "IP Address" is not populated for the CIs created via Intune Service Graph, while these are defined as Mandatory ("Recommended" in the CI Class Manager). In the OOTB RTE, there is no mapping available for these attributes. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

There should be a mapping for the IP address, in that, if you look there should be owned by cmdb ci that should link it to actual ci. I would suggest checking oob recommended attribute. As for computer class, I do not see any. Change it if needed as for RAM I do not see mapping either. mapping is avl for disk space.
