CMDB - Model ID Field

Hi,

 

When CI's are created manually, the Model ID field is set to "Unknown" and sometimes its set to some other values. Which script/code sets the Model ID field on CI when created manually?

Hi,

This is done by the Create Asset on insert business rule. The logic is in the AssetandCI script include.
