Hi,

I need to create a CMDB Query that identifies servers lacking a ‘Business Service/Product’ mapping. This exercise will help us counter the Orphan servers issue.

Currently, I have a query that displays servers with existing product mappings. However, I now require a query that highlights servers missing such mappings. The current process involves manual steps: pulling a server report and cross-referencing it with a report from the CI relationship table using VLOOKUP.

Hi @Pooja131 ,

 

It is off course based on how your CMDB configured in the upstream and downstream relationship, but basic, you should be able to utilize the cmdb query builder to build er query where there is no relationship:
