CMDB: Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database ((conn=5423583)

When I try to use a filter condition in the status(hardware_status) or Filter Out a field. I am getting the below error.

How to fix this error ?

Hi vasant,

i had the same issue. I was able to fixed this, by deleting the User Preference (from the specific User) "tablename.db.order" with the value "sys_created_on".
After Logout / Login, the issue disappeared.

Maybe it helps in your case too.
