Hello Team,

 

I hope you all  are doing well.

 

I am new to CMDB BAU, my location is Noida  i want a practice training to understand ongoing CMDB activity and want to  be skilled enough to work on development user story.

I am looking for someone whom with we can connect and discuss the on going project activity , User stories and incidents and can share our findings and learning.

Please respond if we can connect to become proficient in Servicenow CMDB/ ITOM / Discovery.

If you have access to ServiceNow learning portal, I suggest to start with the 'CMDB fundamentals on-demand' course whose URL is given in section 2 of the article above. If you don't have access to that, going through the ServiceNow website resources given in section 1 will be a good starting point.

NowLearning is your starting place and check the CMDB Community forum for questions/answers to get to know more.

Your request 'for someone [..] and discuss the project activity, user stories and incidents' sounds like you want someone to take the lead and help you guide through everything you have open and to learn from them.

For that, you can better reach out to your Partner (or find one with CMDB experience) to help you do this. 

 

Understand that the Community is a great place to ask questions and gain knowledge, but (almost) everyone here is helping out others in their own time, next to their own job.
