CMDB Workspace - create and config Important actions

hi

I’m working on creating and configuring the Important Actions in the CMDB Workspace view. I noticed that all existing actions are visible under sn_cmdb_ws_imp_action_card_config , but I’m unable to create new ones.

Is it correct that this area is intended only for modifying existing actions rather than adding new ones? If not, where can new Important Actions be created or extended?
