CMDB Workspace : Under My work no tasks are apearing

Hi Team,

 

Not able to see any tasks under My work(CMDB workspace), And number of tasks are already open and assigned to ci owners who have all roles and access to CMDB workspace but still they task are not appearing under my work for any CI owners , (Follow on Task under Audits are already assigned to ci owners) same data they cant see on work space, (need help)

Is the policy published? Til the time policy not published it will not show.

Then a task should be generated, and you should be able to see it there. Is any task assigned to you? Please check with the user to whom the task was assigned by the policy.

 

Try to get these roles and then check the jobs, also update/ repair teh CMDB WS plugin as well.

data_manager_admin or data_manager_user/ admin
