We are transitioning an On-Prem app to the cloud.  We have created new Services for the cloud application.  Is there a way of copying all the service mappings (Impacted Services/CI's, Service Offerings, Impacted Business apps,) from the On-Prem Service to the newly created Cloud Service?

Hi @SiScotty 

You mean the relationship data? How are you maintaining that on-premises? ServiceNow stores the relationships in the CMDB Relationship table. You can bring that data using the import/export XML option and move it to the cloud.
