Hello ServiceNow Community,
The Problem: Our CMDB CI table is populated by a scheduled import from Microsoft Intune, specifically using the DCMHQ SG intune scheduled import set. For the vast majority of our device CIs, the data populates perfectly, including the required device naming format and relationships.
However, we've identified a specific, small set of 16 CI records that has a problem:
The Device Name is not populating in the required format. Instead, it seems to be malformed or missing key components compared to our standard naming convention.
Note: Transform Map Consideration: There is no any transform map associated with this Scheduled Data import instead there is a robust transformer SG-Intune.
