Hi @PrudhviDeeK , You need to learn the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) first. Think of it as the blueprint for your CMDB, It dictates where your data should live and how CIs connect to your business services. If you don’t follow the CSDM framework from the start, your CMDB can become messy very quickly. Get that logic down, and the rest will follow. Good luck!

@PrudhviDeeK Hope you are familiar with ITSM of Servicenow. I would advise you to go through couple of CMDB Fundamentals courses in Servicenow University.
cmdb foundamentals LXP Search - ServiceNow University
After you are clear with Classes in CMDB, go to the CSDM fundamentals and other enhancements on CMDB. There is no single course to tell you everything, but they do help you. The labs help you a lot understand CMDB.
