Investigate which integration tool is creating CIs without the minimum required fields in the server class.

You can check this in CMDB 360. where you can see the discovery sources.

Please run the Completeness health job and it will create health result failures which has missing required field, in Xanadu this information is show right in the new health dashboard.
In older you can just write a groupBy query to get the discovery sources count for the failures.
