Configuration item is throwing transaction timed out

Hello community,

I have a configuration items around 3000 in ip switch table.

I did not find any issue with this table load time it is opening very fastly ( within 2 to 3 seconds) in list view and if I specifically open any CI from this table it is opening very fastly.

However we have issue with one ci out of this 3000 ci in this table if we try to open that one ci is form view it is keep on loading nothing opening and finally after 3 to 4 minutes it is showing as transaction timed out.

Could you please suggest how can I rectify this behaviour and why this specific CI keep on loading nothing opens.

From my experience, it can be difficult to identify the root cause of an issue with a single Configuration Item (CI), especially when there are multiple relationships or dependencies involved. Instead of repeatedly conducting a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the same CI, consider creating a new CI to test the issue or logging a new support case to get assistance with the problem.
