Issue with ServiceNow and ServiceNow OOTB Plugin Service Graph Connector Integration

We have installed OOB Service Graph Connector for Jamf [2.12.2] plugin to pull computers data from Jamf into ServiceNow instance. and we have done with the complete set up,

then we are facing the below issues,

when the job runs  it will load some data into the import set, after some time the connector is throwing an error as below and the remaining import sets which are in queue will not process further and state is showing as cancelled.

Error executing script : org.mozilla.javascript.JavaScriptException: Error: Unable to make a connection to JAMF API call. Please check your credential configuration. Check system log for more details. (sys_script_include.3fa7da3673b210104ae4b41afaf6a727.script; line 93)

above issue is happening occasionally. When the job is completed without any error we observed other issues also
All the data which is loaded into the import set is not transferred to the target table, only few records will get updated in the target table but not all the records.

and in servicenow if the field has value already then JAMF is not overriding it, if the value is empty in service now then only JAMF is updating the new value.[have observed MAC address and assigned to fields..since we are facing the connectivity issue and the data is not transferred completely to the target table from import set we are not able to do the complete validation on this issue

Hi @dfgvfsg ,

Please check your connection and credentials to fix this issue.

Hi @Community Alums : We have tried that already but still it is not working.

I had a related issue (same error message) and this was because JAMF was upgraded to a newer version and the cause/fix was in this KB:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1648903

Best to log these types of issues, especially those that are intermittent with ServiceNow support.
