Hi, All.
We have this field in our incident form called "country code".
However, when I tried to add this into the columns to download the reports, it is not available in the option:
Can someone help me on how to add this?

Hi Jaycel,
Go to Reports -> Create New
Give the report a name, set the source type to table and table to incident
In the configure tab: select choose columns and find 'Caller' and click the expand button -> Scroll down to find 'Country code'
Then set your filters, run the report and you should see the data you need.

2) Try via form design. (right click ->configure->form design)

Hi Jaycell,
Is the field actually coming from the incident table or has in been dotwalked from another table. For example it may actually be displaying a field from the caller table. If so you would need to create a report and dotwalk Caller -> Country code to add the column or configure the list layout to include the field.
