why all devices are not present in cmdb as customer confirmed that they have around 13k devices and we are having only around 9k devices in servicenow instance and we are able to discover only 9k devices only through crowdstrike in servicenow

  1. Check the logs IRE might be ignoring it. Find one device which is not been inserted and find the reason behind it. Most likely IRE has ignored it.

We are also planning to integrate Crowdstrike with ServiceNow to import host and software installation data per SAM pro implementation. I am currently going through some documentation around implementing Service Graph Connector for Crowdstrike. I came across your post and thought it might he helpful to seek your help, It would be amazing if you can provide some suggestions or any documentation you may have which i can refer while implementing.
