CSDM 5 Relationship mapping for SaaS

Hello all,
So i was able to successfully perform service mapping based off of CSDM 4.0 for a company i worked for. However, im at a new job and of course needing to build the services using CSDM 5. Im trying to find the relationships mapping diagram for 5.0 that we had for 4.0
Do any of you know where i can find this diagram. All i see is the 4.0 all over the web.

in 4.0
Business application >> Application service >> App instance >> Infrastructure (top down)
I notice the app service isnt front and center anymore so i was wondering if the same still applies for a SaaS environment.

Hi, I am attaching the CSDM version 5. There is no significant change in CSDM V5 on Business application below tables. The base Application service table(cmdb_ci_service_auto) relabeled to Service instance and introduced some more Service instance classes.
