Hi,
How do I know that the client instance is aligned to CSDM?
What I have to check on instance to be sure CSDM framework is implemented right?
Is there a plugin that should be installed? I'm aware of this CSDM plugin (for Data manager) but maybe there is something else to consider.

Hi Miroslav,
You might also want to check this Build on Now app, available in the ServiceNow Store, if you want to keep track of your "CSDM alignment" with visual data models, scheduled audits based on the models, and some extra tools for maintaining data according to agreed models --> https://datacontentmanager.com
I'm happy to discuss more and give a live demo if you're interested.
Cheers,
--Mikko

Hi,
Please use CSDM dashboard to see How complaint your cmdb tables are ? That shows you the count and percentages of csdm tables adherence. For this you need a plugin (csdm dashboard foundations) .
