Hi Folks, what role is required to be able to create Business Applications? I've searched the documentation and I cannot seem to find this.
Thanks in advance.

Then you are talking about this "cmdb_ci_business_app".
OOB these roles are allowed to create:
- itil
- asset
- cmdb_ot_editor
- cmdb_ot_admin

Hey Job,
I found something in docs:
If you have an APM user role (sn_apm.apm_user), use the Business Application Life-cycle Management services to request, add, or retire a business application.
Role required: sn_apm.apm_analyst

We do not have APM in our environment. As an Admin, I can add Business Applications, but I need to determine a lesser role that allows this too, so other team members can input these.

Thanks Aman! OOTB, this appears correct in my PDI, but our PROD environment apparently had an ACL modified. Thanks for your help.
