Custom reference field not displaying on form view

Hi,

I created a custom field on cmdb_ci table reference to Discovery Schedule and added the field on Windows/Linux Server form view. But, only admin can see the field on form view and when itil user is impersonated the field is not displaying.

 

Any idea on this issue?

Hi @TS-13 ,

 

You need to change the role for the Custom field which you crated, means you roles selected as Admin hence showcasing to admin role user to on Form, You must remove the role to showcase to every user to add roles which specific user will able to see it.

This might be because of ACL.

Find the ACLs created for read operation and adjust the role to ITIL.
