Hi,
If I want to customize a preconfigured transform map, should I do it in Robust Transformer (CMDB Integration Studio....) or directly in IntegrationHub ETL Transform Map Assistant?
all data comes from Service Graph connector for Microsoft excel plugin

IntegrationHub ETL is the UI specifically given to build/edit such transformations. So you use IntegrationHub ETL

As Munesh mentioned you should use the IntegrationHub ETL. There are multiple reasons for this:
- The IntegrationHub ETL is a lot friendlier as it allows easier transformation and shows the transform outputs
- The IntegrationHub ETL will make sure you don't create invalid metadata that could break your integration
- The IntegrationHub ETL will allow you to preview and rollback data before it hits the CMDB
- There are many videos and documents available to help you learn the IntegrationHub ETL
Going through the lists and forms would require intimate knowledge of the metadata and can be error prone. The end result of using the IntegrationHub ETL is records in these tables. The IntegrationHub ETL just makes life a lot easier.
