We are trying to role data certification for CIs of a specific class. I am having trouble resolving the necessary role requirements and other settings to make the certification tasks readable through the Employee Hub / Service Portal. Has anyone been successful with users that do not have the itil role viewing and completing data certification tasks in the Employee Hub / Service Portal?
I am only interested in users being able to certify the elements in the data certification task and completeing the task itself. I am not asking about roles necessary for establishing data certification filters, schedules, etc.
