De-duplication Dashboard and Template Library - advanced logging?

Hello All - 
I love the new De-duplication Dashboard and Template Library but some days I have de-dup tasks that fail to be picked up by the template, other days it matches. Even assigning them manually from the "De-duplication tasks that don't match a template" to a template and running, resolves zero de-dup tasks.
Is there any advanced logging to tell me 'why' the Template did not merge the dups?  It just says zero merged.

I have created several versions of a DE-DUP Network Adapter template and even when manually added Tasks to the template and running, it doesn't remediate.
I am blind on the results.  
Wondering if there is advanced logging on WHY it doesn't match the template anywhere?

What do you mean by "resolves zero de-dup tasks"? When you run the template, do you see the tasks getting added to the template? In the "Running" tab on the De-duplication dashboard, there should be a template run created and it should periodically refresh the count of total, processed, error tasks assigned to the template. 

If you do not see any tasks in the run, that means no tasks matched the template (could be because of a couple of reasons e.g. template and task classes are not compatible or the same task is remediated by other template etc.)

Also, I assume you checked the checkbox "Automatically select all de-duplication tasks that match the selected class" when creating the template. This ensures the system looks for matching tasks when you run the template.
