I'm wanting to find the best way to be able to model the CMDB "manually".
A requirement arose, where we have to model 3 class levels. Example:
Application Service
Business Service
Technical Service
Where relationships are N to N between classes.
An example
1 Application service can have N's Business Services and each Business Service can have N's Technical Services
Given this, using an Excel spreadsheet as an example, we can perform filters between them. How can we replicate this in servicenow, in the dependency map?
Example 1:
A Business Service - "Flujo Factibilidad" containing 3 application services and 6 technical services, which differ depending on the system selected.
If I run a filter on the second column, to show me only the Business Service "Flujo de Factibilidad" only the OSP "Application service" should show 3, how to do this in the dependency map? is there any way?
how to run the filter here?
