Discovery Dashboard in New UI Not Displaying Device Metrics – Data Visible in Core UI

We are experiencing an issue with the Discovery Dashboard after moving to the New User Interface (Workspace/UI Experience).

Issue Description

The following Discovery dashboard metrics are not displaying any results in the New UI:

  • Newly Discovered Devices
  • Total Discovered Devices
  • Unrefreshed Devices

However, when we access the same Discovery dashboards and reports through the Core UI, the data is available and displays correctly.

Environment

  • Discovery is running successfully and discovering devices.
  • Discovery data is visible in the Core UI.
  • CMDB records are being updated as expected.
  • Issue appears to be specific to the New UI dashboard/workspace view.

    Question:
    • Are there known issues where Discovery dashboard widgets do not populate in the New UI while displaying correctly in Core UI?
    • Is there a process to reconfigure or republish the Discovery dashboard widgets for the New UI experience?

Hi @KabeloMohale 

Is the workspace up to date, or are there any plugins related that need to be updated? 

Do you have the right permissions for the workspace? 

And if these don't help - I'd recommend raising a case with Now Support.
